The overall course objective is to train the prospective student on a wide spectrum of techniques in Bridal & Fashion Make-up.Three Key Areas of Bridal Make-up: Day Bridal, Evening Bridal and Photography Bridal Make-up will be covered.
The overall course objective is to train the prospective student on a wide range of techniques in Bridal, Fashion & Photographic Make-up Techniques and Hairstyling. Three Key Areas of Bridal Make-up: Day Bridal, Evening Bridal and Photographic Bridal Make-up will be covered.
The course covers an exciting Fashion Make-up Syllabus encompassing a wide range of techniques starting with perennial Fashion Favourite of a 'Nude and Natural Look'; moving on to 'Candy Colours Crush' where you have fun learning Creative Fashion Looks using colours from a wide colour palette; thereafter which the course will take you on a stroll down memory lane in 'Retro Fashion Story' as we all know fashion is cyclical. You will be taught three stylists' favourites the 60s and 40s iconic make-up as well as the ³Shanghainese Beauty of the 1920s'. The course takes on a more dramatic turn next in 'Dramatic Catwalk Looks' where you will be taught two types of Catwalk Looks. Then we will proceed with a lesson on creating a 'Dramatic Theatrical Fashion Look' where you get the chance to work on making a fashion make-up statement.
The Hairstyling Module will focus on creating suitable hairstyles for Bridal Day and Evening including Hairstyling Methods such as Blow Drying Technique, styling Curls, Straight Hair, using Heated Rollers, Curling Tongs and creating Hairstyles such as French Roll, French Twist, Chignon, Classical Bun, Messy Bun and Semi-Up Styles.
